DANIEL OMOKHA: (ACSM CERTIFIED PERSONAL TRAINER)

Daniel has been a personal trainer for over three years and is certified through the American College of Sports Medicine. (ACSM). He holds a B.S. degree in Physical Education from The SUNY College at Brockport.

He has worked with the young and elderly and has addressed a variety of health and fitness needs from Weight Loss, Muscle Gain, Flexibility, Body Sculpt, Core/Abdominal Training to Joint Strength and Mobility, Range of Motion Restoration just to name a few.

Daniel also educates and specializes in the following: Diet and Nutrition, Muscle Building, Functional Training, Power-Lifting and Bodybuilding, Dynamic Training (Training without Weights - Specific Training)

MILITARY BACKGROUND - United States Army E4 - 1981-1991.

ABOUT PATRICK: Patrick is a Certified Personal Trainer and Sports Nutritionist with over 10 years experience. (AMFPT - American Muscle and Fitness).  He is also certified in infant and adult CPR.   He has a passion toward helping people and leading them into a healthy life style. Because Patrick has experienced the journey of weight loss personally, he has the ability to put himself in your shoes and help you achieve your goals.  Each person has individual needs, so he tailors the workout to suit you.  One of Patrick's best assets as a trainer is his expertise in creating a vast variety of effective workouts, without straying away from the basic principals of weight training.  This makes Patrick's workouts challenging yet fun.  No matter the age of his clients, the lines of communication are always open, and the interaction is always clear.  Patrick exhibits great patience with his clients.

"There was a time that I could control my weight scale reasonably well.  But, as the years crept up so did the numbers on my scale.  I woke up one morning and didn't recognize the vision staring back at me in the mirror.  I was mortified! I knew the person looking out, but not the person looking back.  I walked past the gym many times, but this day I headed inside.  I joined and puffed my way through my first triple fat burner class.  Gasping for breath I realized I needed help getting back into shape.  Heading towards the reception desk, I asked for a personal trainer that was easy.  It had been a while since I exercised.  Excitedly the manager assigned me to Patrick and said I would hear from him.  I had no idea who this person was.  A short time later I got a call from someone so full of life on the phone that I was quite eager to get started.  At our first meeting he completely disregarded the fact that I was 52 years old with health issues (including MS), as an excuse for leniency.  Instead he respected these issues, researched them and worked around them.  Patrick's demeanor is easy going but his workouts are intense.  He starts by asking "how's your eating?" and patiently listens to problems that you might have encountered.  Then he addresses them.  I quickly learned that the person they had given me would not only train my body, but also my mind.  I've learned that I am stronger than I think I am! I learned that not only did I need to change the way I was eating, but I needed to change my attitude.  Patrick trains the entire person.  The words "I can't" are not allowed. "Mind over attitide". and "Just try" is his mantra through the rough times in this journey.  I don't face the hurdles alone.  With his warm smile and infectious enthusiasm, we do it together.  He adjusted my eating and sleeping habits which lead to better health.  As my neurologist pointed out, my MS symptoms have greatly improved.  My cardiologist is ecstatic with the weight loss! Patrick often has more faith in me than I have in myself.  I am so thankful for him.  In only 2 and half months I have lost 2 sizes.  I am gaining my onfidence back!
