With a degree in Fitness and Recreation, and professional experience as a certified personal trainer and a physical therapists aide, Sam has the ability to motivate and assist clients in accomplishing their highest standards of health, conditioning, and self-confidence. Sam emphasizes his workouts on strength, flexibility, and balance training. Stretching is one of the most under-utilized techniques for improving athletic performance and preventing sports injuries. Sam also offers nutritional counseling - because he believes it is crucial to a healthy lifestyle.
