Avoid distractions in your daily schedule. Putting your workouts on hold while you have a busy day can sidetrack your fitness goals. Make time for workouts even on extra busy days.

Getting Started With Personal Training

Booking: Please confirm your personal training appointments to KMJ Fitness at least a week in advance.

Personal Trainer Availability: Mon-Fri: 7am-10am, 6pm-9pm/ Sat & Sun: 9am-3pm

Payment: Payment for personal training services is due upon the completion of a weekly session and in full. Partial payments are not accepted. An invoice will be given to you at the end of each week detailing the charges for that week's personal training services.

No Refunds: No Refunds for sessions previously completed.

Cancellation of session due to client: Any personal training session cancelled with less than 24 hours notice will be charged at the rate of a full session. Sessions cancelled due to poor weather and emergencies are acceptable.

Expiration Dates: Your personal training sessions will expire at an agreed upon date based on the frequency of your training and the particular package you have selected.

Termination of Personal Training Program: If you choose to terminate your exercise program with your personal trainer before you complete all your scheduled sessions, you must do so in writing one week in advance.

Lateness: If a session starts late due to client's lateness, the workout is shortened and the personal training session will be completed at a scheduled time. If session starts late due to trainer's lateness, trainer will still give client a full 60 minute session.

Cancellation of session due to trainer: If a trainer cancells a session with less that 24 hours notice, the client is entitled to a free session.

No Shows: If a trainer arrives at client's home and client is not at home or unavailable, trainer will wait 15 minutes before leaving. Client will be charged for that personal training session.

Payment Options: Cash, Money Orders, Personal Checks, Business Checks, and Paypal.
